During the Holistic Nutrition Coaching Plan I diagnose obstacles to your health and well-being caused by a combination of many internal and external factors. I focus on you as a whole person, taking into account your overall health, nutrition and lifestyle factors and not just the symptoms of an illness. My approach honors your unique body and innate wisdom and encourages you step by step, recognizing that change in one dimension of our health affects all others.

 

I provide education, tools and strategies to make nourishment accessible for you in daily lifeI will guide you through the process of creating sustainable eating and living habits for 3 months. If you want to know more about what to expect during the coaching plan, read on HERE.

 

My nutrition coaching is mainly based on a combination of your blood group, your Auyrvedic body constitution, any imbalance (according to Traditional Chinese Medicine) and your lifestyle.

The weekly nutrition plan is composed on the basis of whole plant foods such as fruits, vegetables, starch products, legumes, grains, herbs, nuts and seeds. I do not exclude animal products, such as eggs, dairy, fish and meat, but they are not the primary source of the nutrition plan.

 

I can recommend certain supplements, but I am not affiliated with any brand. I use my knowledge, experience and kinetic muscle testing to determine the supplement and dosage that is right for you.

 

Duration: This is a coaching program that lasts three months and consists of four 1:1 coaching sessions. The efirst session 75-90 minutes, follow-up sessions 45-60 minutes.  

This plan can be followed both personally in my practice in IJsselstein and online via Zoom video calls.

Personal Detox Plan

Wouldn't it be great if we all had daily access to clean drinking water, fresh air and organic food?

 

Unfortunately, we live in a toxic world, where pollution and radiation surround us everywhere. There are chemicals in our personal care products and household cleaners that we use every day.

 

We also lead busy lives with high stress levels, which can mean relying heavily on coffee for energy and alcohol for relaxation. Foods we consume are not natural and much of our diet is prepackaged or fast food.

 

The combination of all these factors causes the toxicity to build up in our body and we just feel unwell and sick. We turn to medications for help, which actually increases the toxicity even more.

It doesn't matter if you already live a healthy life or if you've just started making conscious lifestyle changes to improve your well-being, detoxifying your body is a great way to start over and reset your health.

 

I believe you are a unique being and need a custom detox plan to suit your unique body constitution. In preparation for a detox plan I will make a detailed overview of your health history and where you are at the moment in your life. Together we discuss different possibilities of a detox plan that suit your individual unique situation, including the type of food or no food, the duration of the plan and how the excretory organs are actively supported during detoxification. This is an all-natural and holistic approach that allows the body to heal, regenerate and rejuvenate itself.

 

Choosing a personalized detox plan that perfectly suits your unique body type and lifestyle can help you with:

The duration of the Detox Plan depends on the chosen detoxification method. There is always a preparation phase of 3 days + agreed number of detox days + number of days to get out of the detox phase (which takes half of the detox time).

 

Example: 3 days of preparation phase + 6 days of detox phase + 3 days to get out of the detox phase = 12 days in total. Normally, during the preparation and exit phases of the detox, you can work and engage in your social activities. Depending on the strength of the chosen detoxification method, you will have to partially or completely reduce your activity level during the detox phase.

 

Duration: this coaching plan consists of 3 sessions.

The first session 75-90 minutes and two follow-up video calls of 45 minutes each.

This detox coaching plan can be conducted both in person in IJsselstein and online via Zoom video calls.
