BATC Five Nature Oriented Principles
In my practice I work according to the 5 nature-oriented principles as described by the BATC organization. These principles help me ensure that my clients are seen and treated as a whole person and in a holistic manner. The basic principle and starting point is energy and it affects all other principles in different ways.
Energy
I believe that everything in and around us consists of pure energy. Although we cannot “see” energy with our naked eyes, it is at the root of the creation of everything. It creates our body, all the material things we see, air we breathe and all the space around us. In my practice, energy healing is based on the understanding that the human energy field is a dynamically unique system and influences physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being
Through energy healing I work with the whole body, all organs, individual cells and the set of seven chakras, meridians and the energy field (aura) that surrounds the body. Energetic healing addresses blockages and opens the natural energetic channels of our body, so that all elements can come together optimally. The body can then work to reverse dysfunction and disease through its natural ability to heal itself.
Transfer of vibrations
I work from the belief that the human body functions and is powered by energy. Our heart beats using energy pulses and your brain and nervous system communicate with our entire body through complex energetic pathways. Our human energy field is constantly responding to our body's physical, emotional and spiritual needs through vibrations generated by impulses from the brain. There is a constant flow of energy through all layers of our system and exchange of that energy with everything around us. For the proper functioning of our body, we need the efficiently working tread of the vibrations.
Drainage
Another important element I look at in any diagnosis process is the level of toxicity of my clients. Despite the genius of our bodies and their own detoxification pathways, we still accumulate a lot of toxins in our body and energy field. These toxins come from the food we eat, water we drink, air we breathe, information we absorb, energy from people we surround ourselves with. If these toxins accumulate in our body faster than we can remove them or if our body is not working efficiently enough, they form the blockages in our energy system, disrupt the functioning of our organs and the self-healing processes in our body. I emphasize the importance and necessity of not only regularly cleansing our bodies of toxins, but also adopting a lifestyle that helps our bodies avoid toxins and eliminate toxins more efficiently.
Nutrition
In my practice, I take a holistic approach to nutrition and always assess my client as a whole, unique individual with special nutritional needs at the given stage of life. I believe that just as the right diet can act as a medicine for the human body, the wrong diets can lead to malfunctioning of our organs and the entire system. Everything we digest is beneficial or harmful to our health, not just food, but also medicines, mental overload and information we take in every day.
I focus on providing education, tools and strategies to make nutrition accessible to my clients in everyday life and guiding them through the process of creating sustainable food and lifestyle habits.
The art of living
I believe that we cannot enjoy vitality, well-being and good health if one of the elements in our human body is out of balance. That is why I work in my practice in a completely holistic way, always assessing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of my client. These aspects are interrelated and when one is out of balance, it creates imbalance in the other elements. The physical illness or condition manifesting in the body is often the final state of an imbalance that began as a spiritual issue, emotional block, or mental pattern that did not serve us.
In my work, I don't focus on one specific ailment or illness that my clients manifest in their physical bodies, but I always peel back all the layers to go deeper into understanding what caused that ailment. I believe it helps my clients understand and let go of patterns and behaviors that don't serve them and create new habits that support their health. I work with my clients in a way that empowers them to take responsibility for their own well-being because I trust that our health is the sum total of all our choices and actions we take every day.
