Prevent colds and flu with this natural magic remedy

Whenever I feel like I'm starting to catch a cold, I prepare this natural remedy and take it a few times a day until I get completely better. I have been using it for years and it has never failed me and my family, even with a very strong flu.

It is a combination of natural bee products, herbs and spices. All ingredients have antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. This mixture works so well that it can be compared to antibiotics, but without any adverse side effects. In the winter season I take it preventively 1-2 per week.

First, a few words about the special bee products that make up this magical remedy.

Raw honey has multiple health benefits such as antimicrobial and antibacterial, it promotes wound healing and is highly nutritious for the body. It also has the ability to dry up mucus and supports liver health.

propolis has been reported to have various health benefits related to gastrointestinal disorders, allergies, yeast and fungal infections, and parasites. It is a great source of prebiotics and antioxidants that improve gut barrier function and protect against oxidative stress.

3-4 tbsp raw honey (I use lime honey and conifer honey)

50 drops of propolis extract (I use highly concentrated extract without alcohol)

1 teaspoon cloves (ground in a coffee grinder or kitchen mortar)

1 tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon

½ tsp ground cardamom

1-2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger root

1 tsp turmeric paste*

Preparation and instructions for use

Mix all ingredients well and store the mixture in a glass airtight container in the refrigerator. Take a teaspoon of the mixture 3 times a day, 20 minutes after a meal. Do not use if you are allergic to bee products.

* I make turmeric paste in the following way:

In a small saucepan, mix 4 tablespoons of ground turmeric and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper with 250ml – 375ml of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 9 minutes. Stir the mixture all the time while simmering to prevent burning. Start with 250 ml of water and add more if the pasta gets too thick during the cooking process. In the end it should have a thick but liquid consistency. Store the turmeric paste in the airtight glass jar for up to 2 weeks.

I wish you all healthy and fun days!
